It reintroduces select minerals after the membrane stage, smoothing the finish of the water and helping raise pH toward a balanced range without changing the way your system operates.

Reorder & maintenance reminder

  • Filters & cartridges: every 6–12 months. Sediment, carbon and alkaline stages lose capacity within a year on Central Florida water.
  • Membranes & media: every 2–3 years. RO membranes and tank media last longer, but should be checked at the 2-year mark.

Installation recommendations

  1. 1Shut the feed valve and open the RO faucet to relieve pressure.
  2. 2Release the quick-connect fittings and remove the spent cartridge.
  3. 3Install the new cartridge following the flow arrow.
  4. 4Restore pressure, check for leaks, then flush the system for 10 minutes.
