Pre-filtration first
UV only works on water it can shine through, so we install sediment and, when needed, iron filtration ahead of the lamp.

The chamber is sized to your peak flow so every gallon receives at least a 40 mJ/cm² dose — the level that inactivates 99.99% of common waterborne pathogens.

Annual lamp service
Lamps lose output before they burn out, so we replace the lamp and clean the quartz sleeve every 12 months and log the visit.
